Well, we get a solution with The Digital Millennium Copyright Act(DMCA) and reporting the site as spam. But you have to pay DMCA and the process might take several days. When reporting the site as spam is considered, it becomes a little bit difficult for Google to decide who owns the content, if both the sites have a good reputation. Let us see why may this happen or let us have a look at reasons for a content to be duplicated and let us have some other solutions to that. One reason may be unawareness of the Copyright Law; there are several publishers on the web unaware of that or one might say the beginners. In this case one may approach him and warn him of the consequences. It happened to me a few months ago and I did the same and he removed it. If your blog contains visits, comments and reviews by spammers, then this might be a reason and you have to remove and block them. The other reason might be the less optimization of content in this case you must go for the following actions:

• The one and the most important of all, is to verify the ownership of the site you are posting the content on by Google webmaster tools and analytics.

• Over all, follow the white hat strategies in doing optimization of your site; avoid link harvesting, automated SEO tools, spammers, etc.

• Keep the track of your visitors and check copyscape frequently for your content.

However, the “bedroom tax” seems to be at odds with another policy which the government is promoting, that of shared parenting for separated couples.

This will see the government amending family law so that when the Court makes decisions in contested cases on matters relating to children, such as contact and residence, there will be a presumption that the continued involvement of both parents in the child’s life will be beneficial unless the contrary is shown.

The government’s desire to create a family justice system that promotes and prioritises the continued involvement of both parents in the child’s life does not seem to stack up with its reform of the Housing Benefit rules. Indeed, the human rights organisation, Liberty, is so concerned about the potential impact of the bedroom tax on separated parents who share the care of their children that it is seeking judicial review of this aspect of the policy.

The government’s rationale in amending family law to include the shared parenting presumption is to ensure the important ongoing role that both parents play in a child’s life is recognised. Where it is safe, possible and practical, over-nights stays or even shared day-to-day care of the children work well for many families.

However, it appears that the bedroom tax will jeopardise such arrangements. It is likely that separated parents who are awarded Housing Benefit and share the care of their children will either lose their additional bedroom or have to find extra money each month to make up the shortfall in the benefit.

This is because under the new rules the bedroom where the child spends the night with the parent who is not the main carer will be considered a spare bedroom. A smaller property may be unable to accommodate any children at all and at the very least the child will no longer have his or her own space. The alternative to moving is that the shortfall in the benefit will have to be found out of an often tight budget. Separated couples are already dealing with the financial hardship of making their assets and money stretch from one household into two households and additional costs may have a detrimental impact.

What we must remember is that in family law the welfare of children should always be considered paramount. The concern is that with the introduction of the bedroom tax, children who have already had to cope with the breakdown of their family will miss out on just the sort of quality time with their parents that the government says it is trying to ensure.

Octane Ratings

• Octane ratings do not measure your gasoline’s power.
• Your vehicle is designed to burn gasoline smoothly and evenly as it makes its way through your engine.

Premium Unleaded

• Usually has a rating of “92” or “93” octane. [4]

Racing Fuel

• Has octane rating of “100” or above. [8]
• Racing fuels have the highest consumer-grade, street legal octane ratings.
• Some racing fuels have octane ratings as high as 116. [9]
• Meant for very powerful engines and only available at professional racetrack locations.

Which One’s Right for You?

• Always consult your owner’s manual first when deciding which octane rating to use. [10]
• Octane ratings have nothing to do with elevation. If your vehicle uses regular gas in Death Valley, it will use regular in the Rocky Mountains.
• Size does matter. Bigger, more powerful vehicles generally need higher octane gas, whereas smaller and less powerful ones generally require regular gasoline.
• Vehicles under a lot of power pressure, but small in size (i.e. – racing vehicles) also tend to need higher octane gas with some requiring racing fuels. 
• Putting high octane gas in a vehicle that doesn’t require it may lead to carbon deposits in the engine, emissions issues, or other harmful and expensive problems.
• Older vehicles don’t necessarily require higher octane fuels. If you notice a knocking, consult your local mechanic to determine if your vehicle is an exception. [11]

Types of Fuels

You can also save money at the pump by knowing if you’re using an inefficient or unnecessarily expensive fuel type.

• Diesel

○     Most vehicles have spark plugs that ignite the fuel in their tank.

○     Diesel fuel is designed for vehicles that lack spark plugs as it auto-ignites.

○     The perk of diesel fuel is that it releases large stores of energy when compressed to high pressures, making it ideal for very large vehicles or vehicles that require excessive amounts of power to operate. [12]

• Bio-diesel

○     Bio-diesel fuel is the environmentally-friendly alternative to diesel.

○     Vehicles that run on Bio-diesel must have a diesel engine.

○     Instead of or in addition to using diesel fuel, bio-diesel engines run on renewable energy sources such as animal fat or vegetable oil.

○     While this type of fuel is easier on the environment, filters on Bio-diesel vehicles often clog, finding fuel can be a challenge as fuel sources must undergo a transition process to be used, and it can be expensive to provide fuel for Bio-diesel engines. [13]

• Ethanol

○     Ethanol is made from the same type of alcohol found in a glass of beer or wine, but is mixed with gasoline to make it undrinkable.

○     In the U.S., it is primarily made from the starch in corn kernels.

○     Ethanol on its own is a high-octane fuel, so the rules that apply to Premium gasoline also apply to ethanol usage.

○     Ethanol mixtures may be used for any vehicle as long as the mix is 10% ethanol to 90% gasoline.

○     Many stations already add ethanol to their mixtures in an effort to be more environmentally conscious. However, using ethanol as a stand-alone fuel source should only be considered by those with larger or otherwise more powerful vehicles. [14]

I have been asked to convey what I feel my father’s legacy is. This of course is no easy task. To define a man’s enduring impact on the world, on his country, on his community, on his family after he leaves this world requires deep introspection and analysis. Some, familiar with my depth of thought might say I am not the man for this task! Regardless I am honored to try.

You have heard my brother’s tributes, you have read my father’s obituary, you have read the program my sister has lovingly put together, you knew my father as a brother, a cousin, an uncle, a classmate, or a friend. My father was an extremely accomplished man. I’m sure everyone may have different impressions of Tom Conroy’s legacy. Some might say my father’s athletic achievements may have borne some type of legacy. The only enduring gifts he left from his gridiron playing days reside with his aged opponent’s bad knees and terminally sore jaws from the patented Conroy forearm shiver! Some may say, and arguably so, his legacy lays squarely with his military service – with the men that he saved in the rice paddies of Vietnam, on the terrorist laden concrete streets of Beirut, in training all over the world. Make no mistake about it – men are alive today, walking the streets of America because of my father’s extraordinary leadership. Others may say we, his offspring, his flesh and blood, are his legacy. This alone does not constitute a lasting legacy for we too are not long for this world. To me and I’m sure my brothers and sister will agree, my father’s most important legacy is the “voice in our heads”. The voice in our heads which speaks to us when confronted with life’s challenges, with ethical dilemmas, with critical decisions, with important matters in life – chose the hard right over the easy wrong – do the right thing – don’t forget who you are and where you came from – don’t dishonor the Conroy name – that is the most important thing you have – family first – love your mother – choose your friends wisely. This voice in our heads also greets us on a regular basis with the more mundane daily tasks – any job worth doing is worth doing right – put some elbow grease into it – take pride in your work – work before you play – don’t go overboard – everything in moderation. His voice intercedes with the trivial as well – lift with your legs, not your back, don’t be rough (except on the playing field), keep your feet and knees together (when conducting a parachute landing fall), put money away for a rainy day, slow down – your eating too fast.

What does this voice in our heads amount to – it defines us, in essence it makes up our character – this voice in our head is COL Thomas Francis Conroy speaking to us – guiding us on how to conduct oneself spiritually, socially, professionally. I imagine my father had a voice in his head as well, a voice that defined his character as well, the voice or voices of his immigrant parents. I can only imagine these same expressions, life lessons , pearls of wisdom originated in a thatched cottage in the rugged horse country of Connemara and or on the shores of Shabeegi Bay in Donegal. If my son Liam or daughter Bella were here today these Thomas Conroy expressions, voiced through their father would resonate as well. This is the true legacy of my father that will survive for generations.

I imagine we all have voices in our heads – Lord knows I didn’t appreciate that voice as a young lad but I cherish this voice today and forever will – it is a wonderful gift and legacy from my father. I hope you all blessed to have a cherished voice in your head as well.

You really want to add hashtags when you post your photos but whatever you do, don’t use too many or it will look too busy.  You don’t really need more than three hashtags when posting a photo, perhaps your company name, what your product is and maybe one more.  You want to be personable and you can’t do that by shoving your brand or your product down your followers’ throat with too many hashtags.  Just be genuine and your followers will get your message and you can be assured of more likes on your photos.

If you want to upload stunning photographs from Android phones to Instagram then you need to play around with the settings.  You don’t need to have your Instagram on advanced settings, instead use your cameras default settings to get the shots that will get you the likes you need on your pictures.  When you get it down to a science, then go ahead and change the settings back to advanced settings if you want to.
